convenient shuttle decent breakfast
i appreciated the convenient inhouse shuttle. it made getting around very easy. i also enjoyed the vending machines at the lobby level for late-night beverages. the breakfast spread was also decent and had many options.

The receptionists Neung and Nam were helpful and always had a smile. The hotel's location offered great value, being just a brief walk from Phrom Phong station. I appreciated the proximity to shopping. It was only about three minutes to EmSphere. The room was spacious for the price I paid
I noticed the gym facilities were temporarily unavailable , a slight inconvenience.

the gym had good equipment. it included treadmills and stationary bikes. the location was convenient, close to public transport. staff were friendly and helpful .
the bathroom looked dated. the bathtub looked old and had cracks. lighting in the room was poor, even with all lights on. the furniture seemed like from the 80s, not from this decade.

easy transport really good service spacious room
the hotel is close to the sky rail, allowing easy transport around the city. the staff provided really good service from arrival to departure (i appreciated the warm welcome). the room was clean and spacious.
i experienced a very minor delay during check-in, however it was quickly resolved.

the beautiful double room included a microwave and a kettle. the bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i found the room to be very quiet at night, contributing to restful sleep.

The breakfast had enough choices. The staff was KIND. The location was excellent. I could get around easily. The room size was perfect, and the pool area was great too.
The room needed a complete refurbishment. It was very dated. There was poor availability of tv CHANNELS. The room lacked facilities. I changed rooms due to the shower over the bath.
